VANCOUVER, BC–(Marketwired – February 25, 2014) – Sirona Biochem Corp. (TSX VENTURE: SBM) (OTCQX: SRBCF) (FRANKFURT: ZSB) (the “Company”) announces that it has arranged, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, a private placement of 9,230,770 units at $0.13 per unit for total gross proceeds of $1,200,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share for a period of three years from the date of issue at a price of $0.20 per share. The private placement is fully subscribed.

Finders’ fees will be payable on part of the private placement pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Proceeds of the placement will be used for general working capital.

The Company also advises that the private placement announced January 8, 2014 will not be proceeding under the previously announced terms. The Company anticipates an additional financing, the details of which will be released when confirmed.
