November 20, 2015 – Rx & D
At its recent Making Canada Better conference in Montreal, Rx&D – the association that represents pharmaceutical research companies in Canada – announced it would be changing its name and brand to Innovative Medicines Canada.
Following a process based on research, consultation and engagement, the association developed a new brand that better aligns with its values and work and resonates with all its partners.
“The idea that our brand no longer resonated with our partners was first brought forward by our stakeholders,” said Russell Williams, president of the association. “It was only fitting that we develop a collaborative, inclusive and creative process. We are really proud of what we have been able to achieve together, and are grateful for the support of our partners.”
Innovative Medicines Canada will take effect in January 2016.
