The 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility is one of the largest of its class in British Columbia. Viva holds a valid pharmaceutical Establishment Licence and a valid natural health products Site Licence for fabrication, packaging, labeling, testing and distributing for non-sterile products. Viva has the manufacturing capacity for softgels, hard capsules, tablets and bulk products. Custom requests for manufacturing along with Private Labels are also easily accomplished. A large diversity of raw material stock items speed the development of specially formulations and new product development. Other services include color coatings, logo printing, packaging and labeling. On-site laboratories include chemical, microbiological and R&D. All of Viva’s laboratories follow strict rules for complying with government regulations, GMP and contractual obligations.
