Intertox 

Intertox is a scientific consulting and research firm whose mission is to achieve long-term solutions for public health and manage health risk issues.  Our work includes toxicology, pharmacology, epidemiology, industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, EPA regulatory issues, state regulatory issues, and FDA, CDRH, CBER, and CDER regulatory issues.

Founded in 1995, Intertox has experience assessing risk to humans from exposure to chemical and biological agents.  Our work as an objective, third-party scientific group is illustrated through our human health services.

Our service areas include assessing the safety of consumer products, air, water, food, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Intertox has provided independent scientific litigation support for environmental and medical issues for over 15 years.  We also help our client’s present scientific information in a clear and easy to understand manner to a variety of audiences including the media.  Our clients include non-profit organizations, industry organizations, manufacturers, law and consulting firms, public entities, and U.S. and foreign government agencies. 

Intertox also provides comprehensive regulatory affairs consulting services regarding medical products including medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, and combination products.  Services include regulatory strategic planning and oversight of applicable functional areas to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and guidelines.  We assist clients to develop and implement successful marketing authorization and product life-cycle management programs.
