Community Comes Together to Celebrate 11th Annual LifeSciences BC Awards

Over 600 guests enjoyed the 2008 LifeSciences BC Awards as we recognized members of our community

Themed "Nurturing Life's Ecosystem," the evening's program highlighted how integrated the many facets of life sciences are to everyday life, from  the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the industries we depend upon to the medicines we take.  This prestigious event attracted international and local dignitaries alike.  Foremost among them was the Honourable Gordon Campbell, Premier of British Columbia, who offered his profound support of the sector, and congratulated all winners from the podium.
