LifeSciences BC's Medical Device Seminar Series Provides Latest Updates from Chinese Healthcare Market

This seminar featured the latest facts, figures and success stories about the world's fastest growing healthcare market presented by a team of experts who flew in for this event.  Attendees were given an overview of China's life sciences sector, Chinese medical regulations, Intellectual Property Protection, and Tax Law.

Speaker bios:
Daniel Chan: Director of International Sales & Marketing Department - Beijing China
Previously the Business Development Director for Reed Exhibitions China, Daniel Chan is seconded to the Reed Sinopharm joint venture as the Director of International Sales & Marketing Department (ISMD), responsible for the global business development and strategic partnership with international government agencies and trade associations, as well as managing the international sales network and international visitor promotion network (IVPN). He is instrumental in launching and developing the international media hosting program and hosted buyer program for RSE events in China, ensuring key media and delegation groups are present at RSE platforms for the benefit of all RSE show participants. 

Geoff Sauer: Director, International Sales - Norwalk, CT
The International Sales Group is a specialized group of individuals working to bring Canadian and US businesses into key emerging markets and relevant trade events organized by Reed Exhibitions around the world. Key sectors include, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Publishing, Food Service, Marine, Oil & Gas, Safety and Security, and Electronics. Geoff is the Sales Director for the International Sales Group at Reed Exhibitions and is responsible for international business development with small-to-mid size businesses, key partners, associations, governmental agencies, NGO’s, and through media partnerships.
