Your one-stop access to all of BC’s life science researchers and industry Now anyone can find out what’s happening in the life sciences in British Columbia. If you want to invest in the latest oncology technology or learn what partnering opportunities exist in the newest vaccine or medical device, all of this information is now at your fingertips. “The BC Life Sciences Directory allows the life sciences community around the world to rapidly access the vast array of opportunities and technologies being developed in BC’s world class research institutions and companies, “ said Karimah Es Sabar, President of LifeSciences BC. “Here in BC, we’re producing a tremendous amount of world-class research and life sciences technologies. We’re building a world-class industry, and now anyone with internet access will have access to it via the BC Life Sciences Directory. The drop-down box immediately to the right lets you know how wide you’re casting your net – be it LifeSciences BC’s members and partners, everyone in BC, or event select partners across Canada. Start searching and you will be immediately in touch with all the details and contact information for institutions, companies, technologies and projects that you seek. For LifeSciences BC Members: All LifeSciences BC members are able to publish a profile detailing current research activities they are working on, request specific types of intellectual property they are looking for, and provide company profiles and contact details. A vital feature of the directory is members’ ability to add any key search terms they wish to their profile, thereby increasing their profile and fine-tuning who views their listing.
