John DeLucchi is an assurance partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Technology, InfoCom and Entertainment practice. John is also the National Leader of PwC's Life Sciences practice. John has been with PwC for 18 years and is both a Canadian CA and US (Illinois) CPA.
John specializes in working with companies which are rapidly growing and requiring a wide range of services particularly those in the Life Sciences sector. John has experience assisting companies with both public and private financings and has assisted many companies with their cross border financing requirements. John has significant experience working with US GAAP, SEC and US listing requirements. John also assists his clients with their merger and acquisition requirements including transaction structuring and due diligence reviews.
John has also served on the boards of the Vancouver Enterprise Forum, WINBC, and Monte Jade. John was also a committee member of TECCH which focused on raising funds for Children's Hospital from the technology community.
John is actively involved in both the local and national Life Sciences communities and regularly participates in industry events and initiatives. John was PwC's lead representative on the BC Biotech report, published in 2003, entitled Promoting Growth of the Biotechnology Industry in British Columbia and its companion Getting There.
